Victoria Fleary is the Director of the Interactive Department at 107.5 WBLS FM and 1190 WLIB AM in New York City. As the director, she's heads up the stations' interactive marketing strategy through the station websites, social media and original video content integration. Victoria has spearheaded several successful initiatives while at WBLS / WLIB including an email marketing strategy that increased the database by more than 230% and a social marketing push that skyrocketed participation by 500% across the board for Facebook, Twitter and texting platforms.
