An experienced global CyberSecurity/Information Risk Management (IRM) and IT professional with 38 years of experience in the energy sector, capital projects and start ups. Currently leading deployment of new enterprise cyber security risk management, controls and governance for PETRONAS globally for IT and OT through significant business transformation and underpinning a rapid move to the Cloud and digitalization. Includes introduction of new requirements for DevSecOps, Cloud, Third Party Assurance, Data Privacy and Payment Cards. Previously responsible for managing all aspects of information risk and security for Shell’s Upstream, Integrated Gas and New Energies businesses, representing 1/3 of Shell’s global businesses. Lead through substantial organizational and legal and regulatory changes including data privacy, national critical infrastructure, escalating cybersecurity threats, and the emerging challenges of digitalization and moving to the Cloud. Internationally mobile and experienced in leading culturally diverse teams.
