I bring two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, leadership training, and workplace transformation. My mission is to transform workplace cultures through research, training, and experiences that foster trust, belonging, and resilience.

I am the CEO and owner of Women of Influence (WOI) and the founder and CEO of Viewpoint Leadership (VLI). Through both of these organizations, my focus is to create platforms that encourage youth, women, communities, and organizations to envision what could be possible. VLI specializes in personal + professional development through the delivery of keynotes, workshops, assessments, simulations, and award-winning programs. Our methodology is informed by industry best practices in research, leadership development, talent management, and adult learning. Above all, we raise the bar, and take the experience of the learner to the next level in everything that we do.
