Nikita is a part of the Global Transfer Pricing and International Tax Group at Victaulic Company, a US based global leading producer of mechanical pipe joining, flow control & fire protection solutions for complex piping applications. Prior to her current role, Nikita was Senior Manager in Transfer Pricing Group of PwC Canada’s Toronto office. She has over 4.5 years of experience in Canadian Transfer Pricing.Prior to moving to Canada, she had over 7 years of experience in India working for accounting firms like BDO and KPMG in their international tax and transfer pricing teams. Throughout her consulting career in India and Canada, Nikita has represented her clients before tax authorities (including APAs and MAPs) and helped them defend their tax and transfer pricing positions on issues such as permanent establishment, recharacterization, penalty protection and management fee calculations.
