Michael is responsible for leading the Data & Analytics Team at UHN, a team that is driving change in healthcare through data insight, analytics, process design and change management. Since 2008, Michael has lead teams which have been internationally recognized for change and project management, process and quality improvement. In 2006, Michael founded one of the first Clinical Process Improvement (Lean) team in Canada and was awarded the Canadian College of Health Leaders 3M Healthcare Quality Team award in 2008 and again in 2017.Michael is the co-founder of a provincially focused quality improvement team supporting complex, multi-organizational, patient population based program designs and implementations. Since its inception this team has worked with over 100 healthcare organizations in Ontario.
