As the Senior Director of Data & Advanced Analytics at Stanley Black & Decker, I lead the strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution of the Stanley Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform, a modern data stack that leverages cloud, open source, and cutting-edge technologies to enable data-driven insights and decision making across the organization. I have over 20 years of experience in leading and developing data engineering, data science, and data analytics teams, and delivering highly scalable and high-traffic data, web, and mobile applications.

My mission is to empower and support various business units, such as supply chain, customer service, marketing, and sales, in adopting generative AI and language models to drive productivity gains and innovation. I also serve as a technical advisor to the SBD Corporate AI Working Group, helping craft a data/AI policy framework. In addition, I am an active startup advisor, board member, and keynote speaker, sharing my expertise and insights on data, AI, and digital transformation. I hold multiple certifications from MIT and Stanford GSB, as well as an MBA from UMass Amherst.
