Kathy has extensive experience advising on biopharmaceutical market access and compliance matters. She has particular expertise in pricing strategy, including outcomes, indication and other value-based opportunities; government price reporting requirements (e.g., Medicare ASP, Medicaid AMP and BP, 340B) and consequences for pricing proposals; Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance coverage and reimbursement; structuring and negotiating arrangements among drug companies, specialty pharmacies, distributors, health plans, health care providers, and PBMs; and developing comprehensive and compliant patient support programs. She also has significant experience advising on effective and compliant pre-approval communications, market research, patient advocacy and related corporate social responsibility initiatives.
