Managing Director & Head of Data & Analytics Environments

Yendluri is the Managing Director and Head of Data and Analytics Environments at the Bank of Montreal (BMO).
She provides technical, functional and strategic leadership for the on-prem and cloud data environments that support the bank’s data and analytics needs. Yendluri partners with internal and external stakeholders to support the bank’s strategic objectives while managing the operational delivery of committed outcomes and focusing on the bank’s cloud first ambition.
Yendluri has an energetic, outcome-driven approach to her profession, forging an impressive 27-year career. Prior to BMO, Yendluri spent time advising and consulting executive leadership within financial institutions and industry-leading marketing organizations. She is passionate about providing data insights to drive business outcomes, achieving IT operational excellence through technology modernization, and attaining stakeholder collaboration. Yendluri has extensive experience in data integration, data operations and data management, as well as technology engineering and operations.
Outside of work, Yendluri provides thought leadership to her alma mater Wayne State University and a few technology and non-profit organizations. She serves as an Executive Sponsor for Women Security Alliance, Alumni Council Member for WSU College of Engineering, Board Advisor for SIM Detroit Chapter and member of the Grant Review and Financial Review committees for Impact100 Metro Detroit.
Yendluri is passionate about building and nurturing young talent, mentoring and coaching, and investing time in developing the next generation of engineers and computer scientists, particularly first-generation women.
