FINEOS

As a Product Manager my primary focus is on being an Integrated Disability and Absence Management (IDAM) resource, supporting new business activities and interfacing with clients to consult on absence, accommodations, claims and product solutions.

I am also responsible for providing strategy support and identifying market trends to enable FINEOS to meet product market needs and integration with clients HR software systems. Lastly, using market trends as a guide of employer needs, providing guidance on system enhancement opportunities and supporting documentation to provide clients with top of the line SaaS solutions.
