In this role, she oversees the recruiting and programming strategy for global early career hires and various talent programs. Jessica has been in the university recruiting and early career space for 7 years and was a recruiter and program manager before moving into her current role. Prior to joining the recruiting world, Jessica was a high school special education teacher in Chicago. She cares deeply about increasing opportunities for underrepresented groups and uses her background in education to create recruiting processes and talent programs focused on diversity and inclusion.
