Jeff is an executive coach and seasoned c-suite business leader. His personal mission is to inspire leaders and help teams perform so that millions of people have a better human experience of work. As founder of the SupportingLines Institute, Jeff uses a data-driven method to simultaneously improve performance, work engagement and psychological safety. His deep research into high-performance culture has revealed many insights, perhaps the biggest being the direct connection between elements of team culture and key performance indicators such as revenue growth, profitability and customer experience.

Jeff has over 20 years experience in sales, finance, people & culture and operations across multiple industries. Most recently he served as Chief Operating Officer for Mobify, a digital experience platform purchased by Salesforce. Prior to that he led sales for CHC, a global helicopter services company that doubled revenue from $800M to $1.6B during his tenure. He also has deep non-profit experience as a Director for multiple organizations.
