Jeff is a technical leader with a demonstrated history of building both Quality Engineering teams and Engineering Operations programs from the ground up. He is a strong believer in standing up teams that drive initiatives (both technical and process oriented), to ensure that engineering organization's outputs are aligned closely to the needs of the business, and also to the customers they serve.

Jeff believes strongly in helping engineering leadership align on operational and business priorities, determining actual measurable KPI, enacting data collection, and driving programs to execute and govern those initiatives(are we getting the expected impact and ROI?). He believes strongly in mentorship and empowerment of his teams, so that they may best serve their engineering counterparts, and enable them to deliver the most joyful experiences to our customers.
