Elizabeth is Partner and Co-Founder of Humantific in New York and Madrid. She is a strategic consultant, facilitator, and trainer with a unique expertise in Visual SenseMaking and Strategic Co-Creation. Her passion lies in helping people think clearly and make sense of complex situations in new and inclusive ways.

Prior to creating the Humantific, Elizabeth Co-Founded Scient’s Innovation Acceleration Lab with GK VanPatter. In the two years at Scient, over two thousand employees and clients gained cross-disciplinary innovation skills in Lab workshops. Designing the conditions for design, learning and accelerated innovation is a stream of logic that runs throughout her work. Prior to joining Scient, Elizabeth was Senior Information Designer at Donovan & Green New York.
