Diana Brown is responsible for the infrastructure that supports XPO’s sales operations team, including territory management, compensation and analytics. Additionally, Ms. Brown leads the company’s customer experience team in onboarding new accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Her career spans more than two decades of senior experience with customer-centric sales and service organizations, including head of customer success for Amazon Business. Prior to Amazon, she served as senior director, network and financial solutions with SAP and with Ariba. Ms. Brown holds an MBA degree from Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Indiana University.
