Dennis is an industry leader with over 30 years of experience in real estate investments, asset management, investment banking and equity/debt fundraising in public/private markets.
Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of developing business strategies for global real estate ventures. Having built numerous teams from the ground up, Dennis is an established senior executive who champions his team's professional growth while focusing on delivering business results and performance excellence.

As Chief Executive Officer of QuadReal Property Group, he is responsible for the leadership of the company and the investment strategy for its global expansion. He has an extensive track record in global investments and brings deep relationships with real estate industry leaders and major institutional investors to QuadReal. Dennis has led the evolution of QuadReal from a Canada focused, fund-based investor to a global real estate investment, operating and development company. Dennis is based in Vancouver, BC at QuadReal's head office.

Prior to joining QuadReal, Dennis was Chief Investment Officer of AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets, a global real estate investment manager, and the Chief Executive Officer of SUN Real Estate, the property division of SUN Group, a private equity firm that invests in emerging markets. Dennis spent his earlier career as the Global Head of Real Estate at Cambridge Place Investment Management, a London-based hedge fund, and as Managing Director and European Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan.
