Meet Christian, a Creative Design & Innovation leader with a wealth of experience in R&D, Marketing, and Operations. Known for his ability to envision the future and lead cross-functional teams, Christian has been a change agent at leading organizations across a variety of industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Skin Care, Nutrition, and Health Foods & Beverages.

With an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to optimize cross-functional processes, structures, and ecosystem partnerships through new ways of thinking, Christian has a proven track record of successfully bringing ideas to market. He is creative in connecting the dots globally and has a curated network of Innovation, Design, and Technology partners.

Christian has redefined best practices for the Front End of Innovation process and has grown internal capabilities through his work. He has designed and facilitated over 100 Ideation & Prototyping sessions, resulting in the successful launch of new products, packaging, and innovative services across brands, categories, and regions.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Christian is also an associate professor at Art Center College of Design and guest lecturer at top MBA and Design schools worldwide. He has been a speaker at various conferences, including the FEI Forum, Digital Innovation Summit, Global Innovation Forum, and UBS Big on Growth, where he has shared his insights on innovation, design thinking, and new technology.
