Charles Clark – TIAA Bank SVP, Executive Director of Structured Mortgage Finance - Mr. Clark has over 40 years experience in the financial services industry. Charley spent his first 20 years in the industry at four major investment banking firms including Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, and Lehman Bros. His primary focus there was in sales, trading, and structuring of mortgage backed and asset backed securities. He spent the last 20 years in the commercial banking arena. He has managed divisions over the years at Sovereign Bank, MetLife Bank, and EverBank. During that time his team has grown to be one of the largest warehouse lenders in the USA. They provide daily funding liquidity, Mortgage Servicing Rights lending, and Advance Line liquidity for over 40 of the leading independent mortgage banking companies. His team now manages over $8 Billion of liquidity lines.
