Cam also assists employers with labour relations matters including with grievances, collective bargaining and disputes arising from strike action or picket lines.Cam is dedicated to assisting clients in obtaining their goals. Cam has assisted employers with both the hiring of employees and the termination of employment as well as all matters in between, including effective policy creation, accommodation and human resources management. He regularly prepares and reviews contracts of employment for both employers and employees.Cam has worked for a variety of employers in many industries including aviation, manufacturing, mining, education (private, public and post-secondary), transportation, healthcare, childcare, grocery, warehousing and distribution, insurance, recruitment, casino gaming, restoration, as well as First Nations and not-for-profit organisations.
