Bob is currently the Head of Supply Chain at Precision Biosciences where he built out our Cell & Gene Therapy Supply Chain team and capabilities from the ground up, including our Plan-Source-Make-Deliver functions, encompassing Clinical Supply and Manufacturing Supply from our first mile (raw materials coming in) to our last mile (delivery to our patients). Our initial capabilities have included a quick pivot to digital transformation in the form of an Inventory Management System (IMS) for our manufacturing plant toe ensure raw material inventory control and demand planning, as well as e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management and supplier relationship management using SAAS technology. Our creation of inventory management, sourcing, and analytics dashboarding to support our clinical trials and internal allogeneic CAR-T & gene vector manufacturing suites has been critical to our success.
