Adithi Sampath is a seasoned product leader with over 16 years in product management, strategy, and product development. She has built and led product teams in the social, e-commerce, marketing tech, and personal finance spaces across companies like Meta, Walmart, Microsoft, IBM, and other growth-stage companies.She is currently a Product Management Lead at Meta. Prior to Meta, she was leading the digital shopping customer experiences for Walmart US grocery and later on digital shopping and subscription product teams for Walmart brands across International markets such as Mexico, and Canada.Before Walmart, she held product leadership positions at Machine Zone (now Applovin) and Quinstreet where she built ad and marketing tech products. Early on in her career, she held engineering and strategy roles at Microsoft and IBM respectively.She has an MBA from the University of Southern California and a computer science engineering degree. Outside of work, she loves hiking, reading, and spending time with her two daughters. She loves giving back to the product community — she has been an active speaker at multiple product events, an instructor at Product School, and a product mentor at First Round Capital.
